About Saffron Indian Takeaway
We are a small family run business dedicated to healthy eating and is aspiring to bring that to the South Asian cuisine.
We use locally sourced ingredients where possible and will do our best to cater for all dietary needs upon request. We can also use ingredients that are gluten and lactose-free. As well as all the standard Indian dishes, we can create dishes that are suitable for vegetarians, vegans and people with allergies.
Supporting businesses and our local community
As a business we feel it is important to support our community.
Working in partnership with UK Curry Connect (UKCC) and Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), we were able to hold a Curry ‘n’ Conversation workshop in Salisbury. The workshop was supported by Plastic Pollution Awareness & Actions Projects (PPAAP) to raise awareness and inspire businesses to make a change on how they use single-use plastics in the catering industry. During the COVID-19 pandemic we supported our local Salisbury District Hospital by providing hot meals once a week for keyworkers during the lockdown. As a business we continue to seek new opportunities to work in partnership with or supporting local businesses.
